Your name, company, role, email, phone, premises or event location and type, your questionnaire answers, the indicative result, the questionnaire version, your consent record with timestamps, and basic source and campaign information.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to route it to the right specialist, to arrange and prepare a review or consultation, and to keep an audit trail of the questionnaire version, answers and result.
Consent
Service-enquiry consent is required to process your enquiry. Marketing consent is separate, optional, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or retain security plans, risk assessments or other sensitive operational documents through this site.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while there is a legitimate business need, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Contact us using the details on this site.
